 ET confirmed Thursday that an attorney told a judge that Jamie Spears and Sam Lutfi had reached a private agreement and a hearing regarding continuing a restraining order against Lutfi had been taken off schedule indefinitely, meaning the case is over. Regardless of that, Britney's lawyer told the Associated Press on Wednesday: "Britney has made clear to everyone that she does not want to be further harassed or contacted in any way by Osama 'Sam' Lutfi, now or at anytime in the future." And also, in a court hearing on Thursday, a court extended Britney's father Jamie's conservatorship over the pop princess until December 31, 2008.
